mk1 golf gti switches

The switches on my Golf are fastened into the plastic surround by spring steel clips which are slid into grooves in the plastic switches. I am missing some of the clips and am finding it tricky to make some more out of spring steel clock springs. Does anyone know where the clips can be bought please? 

I doubt they are available, you may need to rob some off of some old defunct switches.

If you're still stuck I have some scrap switches I can rob for you, how many springy bits do you need?

Thanks for that offer but I have bought a clock spring off Ebay and I can make any number from that. Just about to file  it down to match the end which slots into the plastic switch body
