K jet. Mixture

Since I put my new full exhaust system on my cabrio  runs badly on second choke it has bad flat spot
3/5000 rpm it's ok if you don't give it more than half throttle
it had being all set up for standard exhaust system but since it's 2,0 abf engine was mega restriction
they had mess about with mixture when set it up on rolling road
so thinking it needs more fuel or less since gasses going out better 

Also used start first time from cold and you could drive with in few seconds  now it's pig start when cold and can't drive it for least few mins till warms up
Was like this from when came back from being set up and put on dyno

Sorry but can't be much help but if you are saying it happened after being messed with I guess who ever messed with it has done it wrong so maybe take it back to them and get the settings checked?
