Does anyone know of any insurance company that won't completely shaft me on the price. I'm 19 been driving 16 months and am trying to insure a 1.8gti cabriolet quartet edition, any ideas?

Try Lancaster Insurance, BG Insurance, Adrian Flux or google Classic car insurances, ring around & see what's your best price…

It isn't going to be cheap for you only being 19, I had to wait till I was in my mid 20 s till I could afford to insure a GTi, cheapest way if you have access/own another car try classic car insurance but on some you need to be 21 to get classic insurance.
If it's your only car you are limited on chooses but saying that it's cheaper for me to insure my cabriolet Gti on a normal fully comp policy as I have full no claims (it's my daily drive) than insuring my 1978 1.6 Mk1 Scirocco on a classic policy with limited mileage?
