Trying to figure out what to do with mk1 brakes.

SO I've got a mk1 (caddy not golf soz) Doing a 1.8t swap, I have 256mm brake kit.. But the thing is- when i picked up my shell there was some stuff missing - namely ALL of the brake stuff.. there is no linkage bars across the rear of the bulkhead they've gone, no servo, no master i've got nothing. So I don't really care how I do it at this point - I need quick and cheap I am on a budget and need to get the car done asap ideally.. Now option 1: Put it back to stock.. £££ for the money it's looking like for the servo alone I could buy a full race set up.. Option 2: Run on just a master direct to pedal: as shown on this thread: https://vwclub.co.za/forum/viewtopic.php?t=198479 However, I have no idea where that master cylinder is from because literally everything I can find from any brand anywhere are all with pushrods designed to go onto a servo- only things with either a bolted end or a yoke to attach to pedal side are all for tractors. don't really want to start welding stuff onto a master cylinder to make it work and i can't find any conversion kits or anything Option 3: I run off of a clutch master cylinder (with correct ratings) which will have the yoke or bolt on- then I run a bias valve- however this means all of the breaking system will run through 1 output pipe then split off.. not really ideal if i get a hole or something means ill loose all breaking all around and not have a fun time while I see how the nearest tree tastes. option 4: I just find a generic slim line servo and cylinder and i drill some holes and mount it directly behind the pedal like you would typically get on the left hand drive models of the golf and caddy… BUT.. I fear (because I have not yet put the engine in) that this is a prettyy darn busy area in the 1.8t swap and I think i might have some clearance issues Namely I fear air piping might be an issue because its a K03 turbo setup and the pipes go Down not up and over like with the k04.. but I also don't know what else might be in the way.. So.. yeah no idea what to do and I can't really move on with the project until I get it figured out.. thanks!

It sounds like you've ruled out most ideas you suggest which pretty much means the only practical and safe solution is to go back to stock. Could you get the parts from a vehicle being broken?
