Horn Sounding Eraticallly

Hi everyone,

Been struggling to stop my horn sounding when I turn corners in the main.  If I push the outside of the wheel in it also makes the horn sound.

From researching it and lack of seeing on my steering column with the wheel off apparently I need a spring, plastic space and a circlip.  I spent ages trying to find where I can purchase these bits but keep going in circles.

Does anyone know where these parts can be found?

if you dont have the spline adaptor you just need the plastic spacer, no spring. dealers still stock it part number is 171419549

Had this on mine and it turned out to be the the copper tab that runs against the ring on the underside of the wheel.
Mine was bent down and shorting out against the screw that holds the stalk assembly in place.
|Bending the tab back up and putting some insulation over the screw head cured it.
