Help .dash ripped

My dash has rips in it can I do anything to repair or do I need to replace. There's one below and to the left of the steering column
Replacement or dash hole repair…how ?!?!
Also anyone know where i can get a 1988 mark 1 cabrio owners manual ?

I have a 1.8 auto wjth the choke on the right. Could someone have tried to access the cable from there? Ite an original 1
