Gap between tyres & suspension
My rims are catching on the actual adjustment things that the spinners fit onto

Front or back?
I'm assuming front.
You may have too much camber on the front struts. It's amazing what 1 degree does at the top of the wheel!
You may need a 5mm spacer if the camber is at 0 degrees (which it should be from factory)

Yes front and only on drivers side , so I reckon your correct the camber is off a bit
