Fuel leak from no.3 cylinder

 The engine is a 8v DX. Petrol was leaking out of no.1 & 3 injectors.Replaced ALL 8 seals on injectors,greased them before putting them back in.No.3 is still leaking. Swapped injector with no1. Thinking it could be injector, nope.The guide looks ok no cracks etc..Tried ptfe around thread on injector no difference.Could it be the fuel line itself or something stuck at the bottom of guide…but all the injectors seem to be at the same height.Has anyone else had the same issue?….Is there anything I've missed?..
 

if fuel is visible outside the head then it would suggest to me the fuel lines are not sealing to the injectors, or they have split inside. fuel cant make it from the inside of the head to the outside even if the inserts were leaking as the engine is always under vacuum, so a leaky injector seal would give you an air leak into the engine, not a fuel leak back out again.

unless the 5th injector is stuck open perhaps, flooding the engine? unplug it and see

Thank you for you're feedback Jonny…now only no.3 leaking.Getting my hands dirty & delving in is helping me to understand the fuel system.Ordered some more fuel lines.On reflection the present set could be over 30yrs old…
