Fuel gauge, water gauge, and the Tach can be effected by the 10V stabilizer.

Measure the voltage output on it.

If your voltage are correct then it could be a sign that your gauges are flakey and need to be tested, and for hte fuel gauge you can do that with a 9V battery.

The how do I repair a flaky water temp gauge write up is the same for the fuel gauge.

The fact that two gauges are acting up, would mean to me a connection issue.  The pins on the connectors loose tension, and one way to correct that is to
carefully take the shroud off the cluster.

Remove the Mylar off the tongue.

Place one piece of electrical tape on the plastic tongue (copper pad side).  then replace the shroud.

This will increase the pin to pad contact.

Another issue is that the mylar is getting long in years and may be breaking.

Check the Pins continuity from the connector to the gauge to verify that the gauge can get signal.

If your Tachometer, Fuel Gauge, and Temp gauge isn't working it is the 10v stabilizer.  FA-7810-ate at your local electronics parts store.

If you are saying that your Dash lights aren't working in all the gauges then there are 3 Bulbs that need to be replaced and are available at the dealer.

So your one issue is one thing or two things.

Speedo bounce is usually the cable.
