Front wheel arch lining fitment

Hi all, Ive recently got my mk1 golf gti under sealed and the car needs front wheel arch linings. I've managed to find a pair but I'm a little unsure how to fit them does anyone have any hints or tips? Thanks

I've found it on the etka but I'm struggling to find the Volkswagen Speed Nut N90170801. Does anyone know where I can get some or a replacement?

Does the suspension need to come out prior to fitment?
