Fog lights rear.

So got almost all my rear lights working and looking for the check list to find the fault in the dogs in the rear.

Bulbs ok - there is a cable white that goes in the back of the n/s cluster and I connected this to a white cable with a connector block which is live and there she glowed on the o/s

That white cable which is live connects to a black one which runs up the inside of the C pillar and powers the rear screen I believe. Which makes sense as the switch was on for the heated screen.

So what the check. Looked at the fuses and all seemed ok but don't know which is the fog lamps - anyone

I don't have a multimeter so need to do checks which a simple to find it hopefully. If I pull the switch out and jump the cables I guess if the lights come on then it is the switch that is knackered ?

So based on the above if the fuse is ok and shorting the switch still does not work what else should I check please. Because I can't think of anything besides this.

Can anyone tell me which parts are the rear fog light bits so I can pull the out check and clean to see if that fixes the issue. Thx

Happy happy happy. Pulled the switch made sure the connections were clean replaced and they worked. Phew. Another electrical question coming up in help.
