Citi golf 1.3 clutch problem

I was driving an all of a sudden my clutch pedal dropped its like I only get half clutch I had to drive home in 3rd and 4th gear I couldn't get 1st and second then I replaced clutch and pressure plate but my clutch still won't come up

The lever on the gearbox is right on top what can the problem be please help someone anyone

If it's an 020 gearbox it could be the clutch finger has split and is slipping on the spline.
