Any ideas how I can get the brake pedal higher as it looks like I'm out of adjustment on the bar your ment to adjust?!?!

Just come across this post in google, I recently posted something similar. Did you manage to solve it? I have what looks like a return spring on mine but I don't think its standard?

Torsion springs (brake returns) can weaken or break after years of service, your dangeling one looks to be a
POS repair (Previous Owners Service).
Also since I see a MC push rod that appears to be sagging, I would suspect that you may have an issue with the bushing or pin that the pedals pivot on. I would think about taking a look at the pedal assembly and bushings.

if clutch is higher than brake, most likely cause is clutch pedal stop is missing making it sit too high. brake pedals dont move unless someone has messed with it.
pictured return spring goes in the bin, the only spring it should have is on brake servo
