Cabriolet top hydraulic rams

Does anyone have experience of refurbishing these rams or know of an engineering company that can refurbish these hydraulic rams? A seal leak quickly makes the hydraulic mechanism unable to open and close the hood by lowering the pump-motor unit oil sump.

The left side ram part 155 871 795 is the immediate problem. I can't find anyone that has used rams available either, as would also consider a secondhand left side unit as a quick fix.

Guys, was this resolved ? Is there a uk based supplier that can refurb these?  I have one leaking but happy to get both refurbished.
