axle stand place ment

hi i want to work savely under my car but dont now where to set up my pump jack and axle stand. I had stupit acsidents
with my golf mark 3 and now have a mark 1 cabriolet from 1991. the car has some issuse underneath and whant to adress them as save as i can. if u got pictures that is the best they say more than words. also it is easier to do an oil change my self
when i want to. please dot take the picture to close or i cant see what you see Thanks guys. 

On the rear I jack up on the rear beam.



Front I don't have a good picture but I'm changing my oil this week so I'll try to get a picture.

In the archive section I have a where to place jack stands, that I usually use.

The pinch welds.
The Front control arm bushing holders
The rear axle beam unless I am doing shocks.
