Ive got the exact same vehicle and i couldn't fine one mate maybe samco .or roose motorsport on Ebay but i think there's 2 separate sets and you need both …

mk1autohaus on ebay in the US used to sell them and I think they still do, there were other vendors that sold molded sillycone hose sets in different colors on ebay, but I can't remember who they were.
I don't know if Moogie (mk1Autohaus on ebay) sells across the pond, but he is a very reputable seller, and I have been doing business with him for over 15 years.
