Additional coolant temp and oil pressure gauges

1984 VW Mk1 Cabriolet (UK based)

Given the age of the original Oil Pressure and Coolant temp gauges I would like to install an additional set to monitor the engine condition.

My problem being where and how to install the sensors.

I understand both the existing sensors have a 10mm thread.

All the Oil and Coolant sensors I see advertised have a 1/8bsp thread.

Are there any other ports I can use?

Does anybody have any idea where I can get or how to fit?  10mm/10mm/1/8bsp tee or adaptors

I fitted a mechanical oil pressure guage and used one of these
https://www.carbuilder.com/products/aluminium-m10-x-1mm-and-18-npt-3-way-oil-pressure-t-adapter
In the side of the head to allow me to use the guage and keep the original sensor.
Could probably use the same thing for the coolant (although I didn't think the coolant sender was m10)
