92 Cabby Fuel Pump Wiring

Hi, looking for some help regarding the two fuel pumps in my Cabby, I have tried searching and numerous topics are there but search isn’t showing any of them.

My in-tank pump is toast so I’ve ordered a new one, but my question is does the wiring to high-pressure pump require the in-tank pump to be present to get power? The relay is operating fine when you switch on the ignition, I get +12V at the lift pump but the HP pump doesn’t do anything either? I suppose it could be suspect as well but I’d like to see a wiring diagram first before I blindly replace it!

They are wired in parallel.  I would jumper out the relay before replacing either one of the pumps to see if they are getting and current first.
