Hi,i was looking through various posts and i have noticed some strange user names,tell us the reasoning behind the chosen name.
Bert-chosen because i call more or less everyone bert,i have trouble with names so bert is easier for me :wink:

back when net forums were in infantancy I signed up as ManicGTI,
Manic: Was a massive fan of th manic street preachers.
GTI: I was into cars, it was the designation of the stereotypical cool car!
Ironically I was 16 at the time and had no specific interest in VW…I changed to ManicSR when I had my Nova sr, then back to ManicGTI when i turned to VW.

Caudy is a shortening of my surname (caudwell), and i was referred to under this name for the majority of my school and apprenticeship life. There are still a couple of friends that still call me caudy...

Apparently, when I've had a shandy or an Ale too many I just fall about laughing at the most ridiculous things… A bouncer once asked my group of mates "what the hell's up with laughingboy there?"
