Hi everyone,

I'm doing my first Triathlon next weekend and hope to raise some cash for 2 charities; The Anthony Nolan Trust and St. Michaels Hospice (North Hampshire).

Just to let you know i completed the course in 1 hr, 21 minutes, 7 seconds and finished 215th from 400 starters! Very happy with my time, can't wait for next year to try and beat It!
