Spied Yellow MK1

I was coming in to Chelmsford yesterday (not in my MK1) and at a roundabout saw a 5-door MK1 (GL?) in bright yellow. Was an X-Reg and looked immmaculate!

Does anyone here own this?

Think thats my mates 1300 CL. Got it a month or so ago, 36000 from new with MOTS to prove it. Interior looks nearly new. I'll ask him to come and explain himself.

sounds like  my car.Il try and get some pictures posted ASAP.It was a really lucky buy that just needs a bit of tidying up (oh yeah and a dirty great steel plate where the clutch cable came through the bulkhead!) post me if your in Chelmsford in the near future and want to check it out.

Yeah, I'll do that Boog!! I have a customer down in Chelmsford I visit at least once a fortnight so may have to take you up on that!
