Simple drawing program or can someone help?

Hi Guy's
I want a simple idiot proof drawing program that would be really easy to use.
I just need someting that draw lines with measurements etc.
It's not for a house or anything, but my drawing is rubbish and I would like to print off my drawing so that if need be someone could understand it lol.
any ideas guys'

I have had a look around on the net and there are some free ones.
I only need to put some lines down with measurements.
dont need 3d etc, just flat lines!

Just gonna do it on graph paper for time being an then I can rub out any mistakes lol.
the above program to be fair has a free demo, But I just don't know how to use it so I can put in my measurments.
I have drawn basically what I need but it would be no good to anyone if they did know what sizes things are supposed to be lol
