Show and Shine

Can anyone give me a idea of what judges look for at a show and shine comp. Obviously I have seen them at shows but have never taken time to see what they actually judge.

My car is great bodywise, all ext trim is new, and the interior is clean with no wear or rips. Only letdown is the engine bay - probably never been cleaned and also, when the respray was done, they did not do inside the boot which is full of marks and scratches. If they check these then I am probably sunk. If not, I may chuck it in a minor competition for a laugh. It would have to be modded section as well.

Also, anyone on here a S&S winner (or even concourse  :notworthy: ).
