Scuttle Panel advice on a clipper cab needed!

Is the plastic scuttle cover on a cab supposed to cover the lenth of the scuttle etc?
Or just the middle section as i have water coming in from the drivers side of the scuttle and this is not covered etc but dont want to buy another if its not gonna cover the whole lot to cure the prob!
As i dont know if mines been cut or supposed to only cover the middle section?

it just covers the middle section, take the cover off, and clean the tray area out.  Make sure the drainage holes are clear of leaves too.  you could also remove the cover of the heater blower unit and make sure its clean there too, bit of silicone sealer around the area might help
