sad day

today me and my company dubfab have been declared bankrupt .we were  doing very well until about 10 mouths ago when my partner fell ill and order just fell from around 5 grand turnover a month to the hundreds people just are not buying any more.then my suppliers who i have only ever missed one payment in 3 years with decided to put a stop on my account only dealing with us with direct payment was to last  nail in the coffin .very sad day for me and my mk1 s they have to go  :cry:  :cry:  :cry:  :cry:  :cry:  :cry:  :cry:  :cry:  :cry:  :cry:

never good to hear news like this, small buiness' are still taking a real kicking from the recession

Gutted for you….. very sad,  if you have time it might be
worth setting up another LTD company, and transfer any
"assets" in to that companys name, therefore not subject
to or taken in to consideration if you have to sell off items
to settle debts. Dont transfer everything obviously!, but you
can keep certain things this way  :wink:  Not 100% legitimate
but you get the idea. :wink:

I too run my own business and I feel for you, im in the building related trade and its been quite then all of a sudden for 3 months its been mad busy but February i did 1 job that was it, so there is no rhyme or reason to this so called recession im now quite again just got to hold on and try and ride the storm
