Can't quite believe he's died. After all, he lived in an oxygen tent for a period of his life, he's obviously careful about his health etc.

Nothing is confirmed yet and only ONE US website is saying it so I'm prepared to wait for confirmed news.

A legendary song writer/ performer, loved his songs, there aren't many artists who had written as many hits as he had  :cry:

it has to be said he was good at what he did and anyone of my age will remember just how good his music was at the time.

Post it up then, once you get it. I've already heard one but even I stopped short, its a bit disrespectful etc since he's only just died.

I've just been on my football club's board, in a big argument over people making jokes.

Although I wouldn't cast judgement on anybody who choses to tell the, somewhat unfunny, jokes.
There just really is no need.

He was a musical genious; a legend; an icon; a global star and a hero to many.
Absolutely gutted me. First piece of music I ever bought was a Michael Jackson cassette in the mid 90's. Since then i've had his CD's, his video's (thriller etc.) and his Biography.
