before u know it your be riding 100-150 miles a week like me
im not sure if they are still doing it but the High5 website was givin away free sample packs of their energy drinks/gels :wink: and www.wiggle.com is pretty good for cheap bike clothing/spares etc worth a look if your after anything mate!(heart monitors also good for checking on your progress)

at the moment wiggle is outstripping chainreaction on price and availability 4 years ago it was the otherway round.
150 miles pffftt i used to do that in 3 days. :mrgreen:
then i got a job now the bike's lucky to do 30 miles a week
still 150 a week is a good target for anyone to reach.
it is very addictive specially as a way of way of losing weight.
