Moon photo
Dunno weather you know but I like my photography, I'm well known on some of the other forums I use for it, but I don't think I've mentioned it much on here so I thought I'd start with one of my recent moon shots
Hope you like it

Very nice indeed!
Which 500mm lens was it? Bigma?
I have only got a 300mm, but borrowed my dads 400mm and got this one with my 350D:
Love the shots in your other thread! Do you do it professionally at all?
I've been asked to do bits and pieces for people - Portraits of kids, weddings etc, so am looking to start off a little sideline for myself!

Long lenses aren't really that usefull for day to day stuff. I normally find most of my shots are within 50 - 100mm or close enough. I only find myself needing more that my max (300mm) if I want to do something like the moon, or if I go to watch some motor racing and can't get close enough to the bend!
I want a nice "L" lens next - Don't know which one yet though.
Also want a second body - 30D probably…
Expensive hobby…
