I'd recommend a Peugeot Turbo Diesel intercooler - lots in scrappies and I guess the hoses would fit with some easy mods. They go on the top of the engine on the Pug and are approx 9" x 24".

very neat install
I ran mine with just a downpipe for quite a while, I loved the turbo whistle

I'm also fairly jealous of your steering wheel and grille badges! 8)

As for power output :dontknow: has not moved yet as no exhaust and no tax even though it runs ok without it :?
the diesel is my favourite,im a diesel bloke, petrols too tempremental and dont like cooking oil

The weight is probably exactly the same as it was with the old diesel engine, its not much different.
And last, yes the turbo whistle is ace without the exhaust on,i might take it for a rasp first
