Mk1 Brochure

Went to the Autosport show yesterday, managed to pic up a 81' Golf Mk1 brochure for a tenner, not too bad I thought. Have to admit I love the way they show the different colours you could have in the back.

1981 - year of my GTI. Go on scan it in and upload into the photos & images section - you know you want to   . Was Autosport show good - never been, but i'm a very big fan of F1.

Autosport was good, I'd recommend if you go to have something your after or at least looking for, its not the kind of show you can just go to to have a browse if you know what I mean.

I was there as well and picked up a 1979 GTI brochure for ?10.00, i was amazed as i had looked at all the vw shows and ebay for one of these but to no avail, i have the number of the dealer if anyone is interested as he had a few GTI brochures from 79-83 including cab, it is called POOKS BOOKS TEL 0116 237 6222

Got some 75 brochures (model range) so cool and a golf 75 brochure they like the holy bible to me.Some really cool stuff in em but no gtis doh :cry: my baby maybe ready this weekend need to start prayin to VWgod (summets bound to go wrong)

I was ideally after a 79 or 83 brochure as would match one of my cars but the 81 is in the middle of those two so I'm still happy  :wink:
In my brochure its got the colour I'm spraying my car  :roll:

Have you looked at the web link for VW Books. They where selling '83 Golf brochures, BRAND NEW, for ?2 each.
