Might be getting a new mk1....:D (pics)

Well some of you may know about some of the troubles i've had with the mk1 over the past few months.. i might be etting her go…Im SOOO atatched to the car tho it would be a sad day to see her go…being my first car and the money i've spent and the memorys, shows Ex-girlfriends ops:

Respray in mars red


Ran 13 inch classic on coilovers…N i aint kiddin…it was 1 of the lowest cars in town… :mrgreen: took two exhausts off running like this,  gti spoiler wouldnt fit :roll: , chipped my tiny cl spoiler and dinged the front pannel which took out the cl spoiler all together down a country lane(at night with sparks…looked good in the mirror :wink: )


Then i bought some cups with some bling small bumpers… 8)



fitted an older dash



Went to a few shows when it was looking its best… man i miss them days.. :cry:



Never came out on cr P days…

This is what hopfully i'll be getting, keeping my fingers crossed tho..its a 1.6 GTI i think, wheres mine is only a 1100cc and got beat my every1 at lights…but looked good tho

Cheers, thanks guys! The wheels were 13x7 but had a low et so stuck out miles…got a slapped wrist from the police for it too…  

Gutted, wish i still had those wheels….needed new tyres n a refurb so i chucked em in the tip when i moved house :roll: 8O     :cry:    oh well learn from mistakes…stressful time moving house n that.. :?

Do you reckon this is a good swap then? i've always wanted a GTI, was going to put a bigger engine in mine but it'll never be a 'proper' one…

 damn right! wud love a black mk1 as you know, its probly my fav colour. I was gonna have mine sprayed black but kept original instead….my mums got a black polo n its a absolute female dog to clean!

Boardmans did a good job reshelling your car. Did you manage to find the heater control panel for the damaged clocks you sold me. The wiring was burnt out completely?
