It's a good idea until you remember he likes 4x4's. Why does anyone need a car that's 3 times the weight of a mK1 Golf????

I'd vote for anyone who's re introduce the rolling 25yr old free tax. My mk1 would be eligable next year. It's not as if the roads are overloaded with old cars.
