I know this isnt the right place but.

are the webasto roofs on the polo open air the same size through out all of the models??
Its just ive located a mint one on a mk5, but im not sure if itll fit the golf or not.

Same size , when i fitted mine i was going to fit  the Polo wind deflector for the front and the dimension was the same .
