four cyl 1.7 turbo, four wheel drive, 200 bhp at 7,250 and 0-60 in 5.8, built 200 of them in order to be able to run versions in rallies, in which they used a 16v version and won the monte carlo rally in 1985. apparently anyway.

(I have a supercar book from 1988!!)

Overpriced? For something that's rarer than a rare thing? These make road going 6R4's and RS200's look common.

is that the same as the 1984/5 205 maxi turbo on gran turismo 4? (my fave car of the game btw!) its a bit exphensive! 8O

Just out of interest how would you get a car like that valued. We have a very low milage car in our family would nice to try and add a value to it!

The T16 was Peugeots Group B rally car. 200 road cars were made for the homoglation rule as were the 6R4s Lancia 037 and my favourite the Sport quattro.The RS200 was to late to get into group B and following the horrific accident in Portugal in '85 Group B was scrapped. The rules for Group B were loose to say the least and the finished cars bore very little resemblance to the production cars. This T16 seems to be an oddity. Not registered? it has plates on it and has obviously been used. rubbish advert but money seems right. A genuine Sport quattro is worth ?45000 to ?80000.
