help with my rabbit MK1

I'm new to this forum and visits since El Salvador, I would like to know if someone could give me some advice with my ship

I have a vw MK1 rabbit 79: 1.8, butt 8 valves Stock'm just a weber 32/36 chiclerreado (amended), but I have gotten to work just butt cover, putting an axle and change valve springs and put or I get better put 16 valve cylinder head and a single turbo i think, what I advise?
