help wanted...

Can a moderator or regular forum member please help with an issue i'm having….

this is the 2nd time i have been let down after paying for goods and services, first time was the great "golfc" scandal..now for the 2nd time i'm as it stands £140 for parts and £10 for postage down.. it was paid on the 14th of july and still no sight or sound of delievry. i have screen shots of all correspondance. The memeber now claims its my fault as i also cannot organize a postal service,which i know nothing about setting up or have ever suggested..why would you pay for postage to then pay again at my end, yet they still wont refund or give me any idea when i can expect delivery.  I have tried to be patient and resolve this matter but now i feel its time to highlight it and save other possible members being relieved of cash with no parts.  Thanks
