fog lights

i have a mark1 convertable 1990.the bumpers look almost the same shape as the mark2.it looks like the bottom of the bumper has cut outs for fog lights.are the fog lights the same on the mark one and the mark 2?i no i can get the foglights for the mark 2.this is why i ask

no completely different bumpers, there where never any that mounted in the same way as a big bumper mk2 i.e low down in the bumper, you can however change the spot light in the grille to fog light ones if you really want fogs but I really cant see the point, if you use fogs at any other time than when its proper foggy you look like a k*** and they make so little difference anyway :dontknow:
