I brought a set of wheels from this guy, on the 14.1.10 and still havent recieved them. I have emailed him several times, but with no answer.

Can anyone help?

I've bought a set of ap coil overs from him.  Not turned up and no answer to PMs or e-mails.  Guess I'll be sorting out a refund through Pay pal hopefully

I would imagine they'll take longer than a day

i have emailed him asking for a tracking number and the company he sent them with and no reply, i have sent it 3 emails asking where are they, have u sent them etc, and got nothing back to anything

Why send 3, do you think he'd have lost the 1st one, stop panicing give it a week and try again. If his computer is down then he wont be able to answer his email, no amount of emailing will solve it. I once waited 3 months for something off ebay, its very unlikely he'll want to rip anyone off, most people dont.

Thats crazy mate, i would never wait 3 months for something. When people buy stuff from me i ship it out the next day.

I cant use my car until i get the wheels. i emailed him the same day he posted up on here and didnt get anything back

Not saying the seller is bad or anything on that lines, but to protect yourself i would advise if you paid via paypal as long as not a gift, you open a dispute now, don't leave to it's too late, at least the seller can communicate with both of you via PayPal and this is all recorded and helps your case in case of any further issues or a claim.
You can choose to communicate and give the seller 20 days during this time to resolve the issue and then go onto a claim if no results, least then you are covered.
if you paid as a gift, your money is as good as gone, BUT that all depends on the seller, of whom as replied and explained, so not hiding away, but least you can claim your money back vai paypal if need be.
As regards the 3 emails sent, if i have an issue with a seller anywhere, i will send numerous emails and keep to show paypal my proof of communication if/when i make a claim with them.
