BBS LM'S - STAINLESS OUTER RIMS?

Hi I thought you V-Dubbers might be able to help me out on a BBS conundrum.

I've just bought some used BBS LM wheels for my Evo VIII.




Trouble is they are a staggered setup and I want to run the same width all round so I can rotate the tyres.

The sizes are 18x8 + 35 & 18x9 +35.
(They're 5X114.3 JDM imports).

They LM's are a 2 piece wheel. What I'd like to ask you is if you know of any manufacturers that make stainless outer rims for the LM?

I know Schmidt makes a stainless alloy lips that fit on BBS RM's and RS's but can I get 18 inch outers for the LM?

Ideally I'd like to make the wheels 18X 9.5 all round with stainless outers.

Please point me in the right directions. I'd thought I'd try my old buddies on here first but my next stop is the E38 possie.

Since no one has tried to help you, I'll have ago.

Right, they don't fit and I'm sorry to say you've wasted your money. No amount of modding will make them fit whatsoever. So if you want you can sell them to me at a discount :wink:

Try Danny Bergert @ getconnect.de he may be able to help on alluminium ones, only people i know of that do stainless outers are Kodiak, think they a jap brand so getting them in the good ol` US & A should be easier???

Other than that i am stumped :dontknow:

Unfortunately topoftherange you are wrong on 2 counts.Firtsly you cannot change dishes on Lm's and Kodiak only do aluminium dishes,i know cause i supply them…..  :wink:

 oh yeah so you do, at Champagne prices too :wink:
