Anyone seen a copper?
I've been driving up and down the country and havn't seen a copper for ages. Seems to me that other motorists are taking the p*ss,overtaking on the inside lane and cutting me up whilst picking their nose. Am I the only decent law abiding motorist?

My teenager was pulled early on New years eve in his Polo [2 large males , well one and a man thing in a large Volvo] "for a check" No reason just a check .
:dontknow:
I was breathalysed on my drive after being followed for a few miles by a Police Transit , occupied by 2 young officers . Who have 'targets to meet' and "you sir are one of them" as we are targeting all drivers in our Christmas safety campaign !
Plenty here , oh and yes i did pass

Targets are okay if the target is the number of motorists to stop. Of course, if you're not breaking the law, you have nothing to worry about……right?

I was doing 80mph in the middle lane, fed up with weaving out of the inside lane, but its now common for motorists to weave in and out of the inside lane. They should really overtake at speed in the outside lane :dontknow:

Having given considerable thought to this issue, there's only one sensible solution to it:
Amnesty on ramming!

is that where you hand all your ramming over to the police?

Seems that way in today's culture, the world's gone bonkers.

If you are a self confessed "CLOC" (centre lane owners club) then you cant blame people for undertaking….theres 3 lanes on a motorway the inside one is for driving in, the other 2 are for passing vehicles that are incapable or dont want to travel at the national speed limit but may be overtaking something slower aswell
In France, Germany and Spain drivers abide by the simple rule, you remain in the inner lane, if you need to overtake you do it then return, simple, its only ignorant drivers hogging a lane they think they are entitled to be in and then getting ratty with others who pass them, if your going slow enough to be undertaken use the inner lane in the first place and it wont happen!!

I regularly tow, the max speed while towing is 60mph and the max speed a lorry can now do is 56mph, electronically limited. I can't use the outside lane either. So…..if anyone knows why one lorry driver decides to overtake at 56mph, another lorry going 55.9mph, please let me know. I clearly recall a situation when I was sitting in the middle lane, for 6 miles…..
