It'll be very interesting to see the results of their enquiries - that is if they don't manage to keep it too hushed up!

Yet another reason not to trust coppers. I'm sure the driver will get off as there is one rule for them and one for us.

Sorry to sound cynical but my experince of the police is a corrupt old boys club. One of my parents friends is married to a policeman and was stopped for doing 79mph a couple of years ago. When the copper recognised her as the wife of a colleague he let her off and effectively told be careful not to get caught again…………..
