Reminds me a lot of a true story my grandfater told me once. When he worked in insurance in the 60's he used to visit a lot of farms for business reasons.
One farmer he visited told him a simelar story. when he purchased his farm in a fairly run down state, he discovered two old vehicles at the back of a cluttered barn, and they turned out to be extreemly rare and valuable. So he sold one and used the money to restore the other one. My grandfater saw the car as well, although unfortunitly has no idea what the car actually was.
Always one for an interesting story! Sounds much better when he tells it, was trying to keep it brief!
Mike.

did somebody die who had been storing them?
was it a massive collection of stolen cars?
i literally can not believe it, its something that you might see in a film but not ever in real life.
i cant believe there's even a couple of old formula competition race cars in there.
some of the cars loook like they've been sat there for up to 50-60 years?!? but then the Lotus 7 doesn't look too dirty or dusty.
i wonder when the doors actually got welded up and the cars were last seen by someone? what made them decided to seal them in for such a long time?
soooooooooooo many questions!!!!!

AMAZING find - though i'd probably sell most of them and fill up the space with lots of new cars to keep forever, and never use, and let rot….

Too many to list but 2 x 1982 Golf GTi 1.6 hatches are the main ones
