body work Berkshire area (wokingham)

Hello,
i need some body work doing on my mk1 golf i need two arches doing and the filler neck has been down before but very badly (filler has sunk etc)
it would also need a respray in the same colour

so just want to know if there is any relaible and good body shops that people can recommend ?
