supersprint manifold

anybody know much about the supersprint manifold been offered one cheap

what sort of power increase do they give and what about the sound???

If it is a 4 branch, they are around 250 quid new. So if it is cheap it is worth getting but if your car is standard engine wise I wouldn't bother fitting it unless you plan to do other things like exhaust etc.  personnally its not worth all the pain of just fitting a 4 branch for an extra couple of horses by itself.

Wait until something else goes then you have the perfect time to fit a complete system in one foul swoop  

Might add 1 or 2 bhp on it's own… But the sound will definitely change, even if you don't notice the extra power.

For a good sound, you could try running without the back-box 8)

Mine fell off my 306 a couple of years back, and it sounded ruuuuude :y: Couldn't cruise on the motorway as it gave me a headache, but around town it was hilarious  

You may not gain much power unless you stick a sports sytem on the end, but you may find the power characteristics will change.

If its a 4 into 1, then it is supposed to give more high end power, if it is a 4 into 2 into 1, then it supposed to give better low to mid range power…!?!?  :roll:

mines fallen off my mk1 golf, did sound good but i hate it now most of the time.
getting a new 1 2moro finally.
