Hi,remove the plastic screwed in bung on the very top of the gearbox, you will see a pointer on the casting and on the flywheel there will be a triangular notch, line these up and hey presto tdc,
The cam timing is a turd, remove the rocker cover and you will see a flat groove in the rear of the cam, slide a flat piece of steel into the slot and it should sit level with the cylinder head, the cam wheel needs to be loosened and tapped off its taper so it will rotate, this will enable the belt to be set properly.
the fuel pump has a v groove in the casing, line it up with the groove on the carrier plate, the pulley also has a groove and this is the timing mark, they should all line up.
The belt should be fitted and tensioned, then lock the cam wheel up,check crank is spot on,fuel pump is lined up.
the pump cant accuratly be timed up without a dial guage screwed into the rear of the pump
but it should run at that  8O
