replace 6bolt manifold with tubular?

is it worth junking the stock manifold for a tubular one? i have a 6 bolt manifold, as i knows ones supost to be better than the other but i cant remember which. if it is worth changing which would people recomend and from where?

I have stock ex manifold on mine as i believe tubular has very little to offer apart from looks. this is from experience fitting these to more than 1 car although other peoples experience may differ of course.
