Hehe, good luck mate! Sometimes they come easy, sometimes they come hard!
But enough of my lovelife, injectors can be buggers!!

Get a rag onto the rocker cover (stops any dents or scratches) and get some long nosed pliers around the base of the injector. Using the rocker cover as a rest, lever the pliers upwards, pullin the injector out. Try soaking in WD40 or similar for at least 24 hours before. Be careful not to pull too hard. Injectors might have metal caps on and you don't want these dropping off into the head / bores…
Might also help to disconnect the pipework around the area to ease access to the injectors.

the method suggested to me was to grasp the injector in multi-grip or vice-grip and then lever on that with a large screwdriver.

Make your own out of a right angle bracket cut to size with a notch in it for the injector - cheap and easy

Yeah I did make one of them as well, still didn't do it for me! My saga is somewhere searchable. I ended up using a rather unothodox method…
