Over fueling????

Right, I have fitted a new tank,filler neck,fuel pump, relay
         fuel lines etc.. etc… got the car running for a bit but
         its now at the garage (lack of time to do it myself) and
        I have been told its the "metering Head" that needs replacing?.

        Does this sound right, or is it that it needs the C02 adjusting
        as a new pump is pushing more fuel through?.

        I have put a post up for a metering head just in case!.

       Any ideas welcome!, spent a year getting this far!
