mk1 16v exhaust

hello all.
can anybody recommend a good performance exhaust for a car with 16v conversion? i bought my car with a supossedly jetex exhaust but it is not. i have a ashley manifold which i was hoping to keep. so i need a system which is not a boyracer sounding thing just a good nice sound? any suggestions?

well, jetex sounds like a good choice. magnex is very civilised as is supersprint. the ashley 2 1/4" system should connect straight up to your manifold but it is loud.

i was looking at a supersprint but then saw a magnex which looked good so i am going to just have to make up my mind!
