Did you check the condition of the injector inserts when you replaced the seals?

Injectors don't go into the cylinder, they go into the inlet manifold or the head, before the valves. So they're always under vacuum, which will prevent them coming out. (Unless its turbo/supercharged).

This I know but not in this case there is almost no vacuum where the injector sits thats why I said you can pull it out with your fingers when the
engine is running, the other three I can't

There's no vacuum because your seals have gone! As above, replace the seals and you should be fine.

Pull the injector and look down at where the hole is for it to go in, theres a plastic ring where the seal pops into, thats the injector insert. Mine was broken about half way round, euro parts have two types basically a short one and a long one, the longer one is about an inch shorter than the injector the other is about half the size.
To remove them, you need an allen key (cant remember size sorry, big though) and they simply screw out. Pop a new one in and thats done.
You should be able to see the condition of the insert cup once the injector is pulled, the inserts are ony ?2-3 iirc.
